The Sageship Way of working

In the summer of 2023, I was deep in the throes of burnout. I had been an entrepreneur for 7 years (which has its own high-stress price tag), and I was trying to deal with the demands and grief of caring for my mother during a 14-month battle with brain cancer. After my mom passed and I chose to close my business, I was languishing.

Now, I’m on a mission to help myself and others learn how to balance productivity, achievement, rest, and relaxation. This is rooted in managing the paradox of peace and stress. When we manage it well, we create lives with long-term wellbeing that are full of meaning and abundance.

Hi, I’m Erika. I’m a recovering workaholic, learning and development professional, business owner, and future organizational psychologist. I’m currently working on a master’s program in I/O Psychology at Harvard University with an emphasis in the science of wellbeing.

Using research, storytelling, and teaching, I aim to help others flourish during any period of life.
